A glass of wine with a meal is a most pleasurable experience, so if you are thinking of having wine with your meal, here are our suggestions of wines or indeed lagers or beers which might best accompany them.
A medium wine with any curry e.g. Shozna House Wines, Black Tower, Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or deep flavoured reds such as Saint-Emillion, Chianti, Shiraz, Shozna House Red.
For Tandoori dishes or Biriany try Frascati, Blossom Hill, Rioja or Piesporter.
King Prawns or Prawn dishes try with Chablis, Muscadet or perhaps a red wine such as Claret, Valpolicella, Chilean Merlot.
Indian beer Kingfisher, Cobra or lager with any hot dishes like Madras, Vindaloo or Ceylon.
