		Manser Precision Engineering started in 1983 offering JIG Boring service to MOD aircraft sub-contractors who did not have this facility in-house. It grew out of the now finished Vero precision engineering company of Southampton, eventually acquiring nearly all of it's JIG boring facility. Handling jobs from about 1 gramme to 2000 kg shows the versatility of this special set up. M/C Tool Slideway Grinding added to large JIG Borers meant that geometry on M/C Tools could be attained probably better than new.

	In today's world, most companies are left with expensive machinery or products with no organisation in existence to service or replace parts. This is where MPE is most valuable, with our equipment we can re-make or restore items probably better than new and in most cases cheaper. Spiral welding allows better wearing materials on old parts and this is combined with our extensive Swiss machinery manufacturing set-up.

			Electrical installation and repairs - CNC or conventional M/Cs. Machine tools, Process M/Cs Vehicles, Mechanical repairs done in house. Marine parts are fabricated in stainless and decorative materials are quite often required here at Southampton. Ships engines (parts up to 2000kg) are often manufactured or serviced on our large jig Borers (both vertical and horizontal). General everyday items from sports car mods, motorcycle builds, specials and anything with mechanical working usually end up here, so I guess our paths will cross at some time. 	Pricing Policies: Manser Precision Engineering currently have two pricing policies, which are charged per hour. The Low Pressure rate is £40/hour and the High Pressure rate is £50/hour.
